Good afternoon.
I am an old guy who has been out of the sport for quite a few years following a serious [non-bike] injury. I have started riding again this year and have rediscovered a lot of enthusiasm.
I am riding a Specialized Rockhopper FSR and restoring my '70s Raleigh road bike (for grins, not to put a lot of miles on—bikes have gotten sooo much better!)
One of my goals is to get into good enough shape to commute by bike.
