Hi All
Hi, I'm from Washington, DC and I've been riding my first bike, a Cannondale R300, for 2 months now. Though I'm new to biking, I have already set my sights on riding from DC to Pittsburgh and back!

Welcome!
Worthy goal. I recommend working up to that riding distance.

Working up
Hi cb400bill! That is what I'm doing! It would be insane to try otherwise. I'm doing ~50 per week at the moment spreading it out through the week over 3 days cycling 20mi-10mi-20mi. Each month of cycling, I'm working on doubling my weekly miles so that I can hit ~100 miles per day at least one month ahead of my trip.
