Hi. New to this forum. Have Miyata 512 road bike, newer Trek road bike and Trek mountain. Mostly interested in how to upgrade and maintain my miyata at the moment, but also how to work with the new mountain bikes and suspension.
Looking to get a jump on training this Spring. Need to get the Miyata rolling again and need advice!
