New guy / First Build
Hi all!
New to this forum and finding it very helpful!
Long time (55 years) recreational cyclist.
I bought a new Salsa Warbird 2 last summer and fell in love with the CX type bike. In looking for a more road oriented tire, I ended up with a set of Fulcrum Race Wheels and nice slick tires. For some reason, I also bought a relatively un-used Felt F65CX Frame. All of a sudden, I'm building a bike - what was i thinking - this is hard
Key learning: It's way cheaper to buy a used bike than to build (assemble) one from parts purchased online. But, where's the sport in that?

good luck. its even better to buy a bunch of good deals on used stuff to build a super bike, and learning the skills now saves you money in the long run...
