Hi and thanks!
I am 54 year old man who started riding after a long time away about this time last year after buying my first road bike. I have been hooked ever since. Between outdoor rides and trainer rides, I have logged over 2200 miles in the last year. I am currently training for my first STP ride in July. During the year, I upgraded my bike from an aluminum framed bike to a carbon bike. I have invested in a Wahoo Kickr, new wheels and tires, bottom bracket, crank and saddle. I have learned a tremendous amount about my bike, gear and cycling from this forum and figured I should join. Thanks for all the info. Looking forward to being a contributing member to this forum.

Welcome to Bike Forums. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello to the other "old timers". I'm 71 and hang out there all the time.
