66 mile charity ride in 5 weeks

Fairly new to cycling. I can ride flat roads at 16-17 mph pace for about 25 miles. Then slow down and have ridden max distance of 32 miles at one time.
I have a 66 Mile charity ride in 5 weeks.
How do I progress without killing myself?
Increase distance each time I ride? Trying to ride at least 3 times a week, but can't ride for 2 hrs. each time. Work, wife, kids, etc.
Any suggestions?
