Hello from Simi Valley, CA
Hello all, happy to be here and a big believer in how helpful (and entertaining) a great forum can be. Have been cycling off and on since childhood and been doing a lot of solo cycling the past 7 years or so. Ride on the roads mostly (try and stick to less traveled venues) but just now getting into charity rides and have met a few cyclists through gym so getting into more group riding. Did my first half century last weekend and it was really fun and not too difficult! I look forward to being schooled by the experts in the crowd and helping others whenever I can.
Great riding and keep the rubber side down!

Thank you both and obed7 how do you like your Trek Domane? I just picked up the Domane 4.5 Disc a couple of months back and am really liking it so far. A bit on the heavy side due to the disc brakes (steel through axels) but stopping power is really good. I do notice the ISO Flex joint reduces the impact of sharp bumps on my spine!
