New Guy here
Hi. Back on the bikes now after accident cracked vertebrae and ruptured discs in neck. Good as new, now, I hope. I'm a recreational rider, 58 yrs, and usually ride alone. Need to lose pounds after downtime for neck injury. Live in N. KY, about 15mi. south of Cincy OH. I have two bikes, a Cannondale CX3 and a Cannondale Synapse. I don't seriously train, as in religiously, but I do like to make efforts to improve. Otherwise I ride mostly as fun and recreation, as well as a little sight seeing. Really nothing else worth bringing up at the moment. Thanks for having me!
