Hello from NJ
Good moning folks! 59 year old & will be cycling for the first time, other than when I was a kid. I decided that it was time to get myself in better shape & lose some weight. Started walking/jogging on 6/1 and do 4-5 miles each day at about a 15 minute pace per mile. Got myself down to 248 lbs.
Ordered a Trek DS 8.6 and am patiently waiting for the new model yerar to come in so I can start riding.
