Hi I'm Troy and new to the forum...

Hi My name is Troy and I am new to the forum and desire to get back into riding my mountain bike. I live in Lanexa Virginia and I hear we have many nice trails around but I have been out of biking for a long time. I guess I have a classic bike; a Univega Alpina Ultima from 1988. Needs a tune up and new tires etc. Please contact me for rides in my area or somewhere withing a few hours of here for a weekend getaway.

Welcome to Bike Forums. It looks like you're from just east of Richmond so to find trails in your area you can ask in the Southeast Regional subforum. You may also find some local mtn bike riders in the Mountain Biking forum.
Have fun.

Welcome to BF. Check out the various forums.
"Mechanics" forum may help with tune-up strategies.
Sometimes it can be helpful to enter your "Location", then other's in your area may pipe up with useful information

The MTB forum is a bit slow, feel free to post up and liven things up a bit.

Also, old mountain bikes are the best!
