Hello from SW Florida

Hi, I've been away from biking for a lot of years and just now getting back into it again. I have a mountain bike right now, but thinking of getting a road bike. Peugeots are my favorite. I'm 70 years old and retired, is it too late for me to start over again?

Now is a good time to check out a Peugeot road bike, Gear: The weather is cooling off and you have the flat roads, too. Glad to have you with us!

Welcome to Bike Forums from a 71 y/o roadie in west central Florida. It's never too late to start cycling again. Get a NEW road bike. The 2016 models are at bargain prices now because the 2017 models are in the bike shops.
Stop by the Southeast Regional subforum and say hello to the local folks.

Welcome aboard, from another Floridian, far NW Florida in my case. I'll reinforce that its never too late to begin, or return to cycling. Check in at the 50+ Forum Fifty Plus (50+) - Bike Forums, and in the Southeast Regional Forum Southeast - Bike Forums, lots of great folks here in these two forums. A Peugeot is a really nice choice, the Classic and Vintage Forum Classic & Vintage - Bike Forums has a number of extremely knowledgeable guys for that marque, as well as the other French manufacturers, if they are your area of interest.
