Greetings from Houston, TX
Introducing myself.
I don't remember ever not riding a bike. I think I had two other bikes before I got my Mag-Scrambler in '78. Been putting respectable mileage on bikes for maybe 20 years. I have several old bikes but put most of my miles on a 99 Gary Fisher Aquila and commute on my 88 Diamondback Apex. Hoping to buy a new bike soon.
130 miles a week is what I have been averaging as my commute is about 25 miles a day and I ride to work 3 or 4 times a week.
On weekends I ride between 35-45 miles as I take advantage of Houston's new bayou trails.
Never done a group ride.

welcome to the forums...I moved out of downtown Houston a little over a year ago and now live in Porter, but riding in Houston is better than it ever has been.
