Atlanta GA
Just moved up here from Orlando, I usually ride my Gary Fisher Joshua on the trail but I am getting the bug for the road.

Welcome, there are quite a few of us on this forum from the Atlanta area. It is nice around here to have at least two bikes (MTB and road). I ride both varieties quite often. What part of Atlanta are you living in?

Welcome. I moved from Orlando to Atlanta in '92.
What road bike(s) are you looking at? There are lots of great places to ride and lots of group rides (if you like group rides) every weekend and many evenings after work.
Thinking about bike commuting? Atlanta's a great place to cut your teeth if you're new to commuting.

I am out east, in Loganville. I have a Gary Fisher Joshua MTB and I have recently acquired a older Cannondale aluminum road frame. I have to get 2 wheels, cassette, seat, and pedals and I will be set.
Commuting from my area would be a near death experience everyday. I wish they had some more bike lanes or the silver comet trail out east.

There is the Path Foundation trail that runs from Stone Mountain to midtown. It is mostly on a bike/pedestrian trail with some of it on quiet streets. There are green and white signs to show you the way.
