Greetings from Iowa
I have come to the harsh realization that after 9 years of sitting in a pickup or behind a desk for work combined with multiple 20 oz diet mt dew and diet cokes I need to start getting back into shape. I was a cross country runner in high school and now I would struggle running a 5k. As a kid my family did many biking excursions and we had a very nice fleet of GT bikes.
So that brings me here in search of advice, to help motivate me back into shape, and provide some fun experiences for my wife and 2 children. Can't wait to hear everything you guys have to share!

Welcome isu, drop by the hybrid forum and see what's new. Lots on offer off the shelf now from very stable MTB style rides right up to racers but with wider tires.
