Newb from Florida
Hey all, I joined to learn getting fitted for a bike for (cruising, neighborhood riding) for exercise. My wife and I are looking forward to learning all we can about this sport! 
2 middle aged folk just trying to keep the fried chicken and pecan pie from showing too much..

Almost any bike shop offers bike fitting as a service or with the sale of a new bike.
Stop by the Southeast Regional subforum and say hello to the locals. Lots of FL folks on here.
And if you're over 50, stop by the 50+ forum. I hang out there. I'm 72.
