Greetings. Name is Curt, currently getting back on my 2000 Super V and as the name implies I am fat. I am tired of feeling this way so Ima do something about it. Started at 380 and I've lost 32 over the past couple months. I haven't ridden in so long and my bike is just sitting there screaming at me to go for a ride. So, changed the tires and pedals and I am back on it. Rode in San Diego from 92 till 2001 when I moved to NC (Charlotte area). Out there Big Bear was a stomping ground, now I'm at the NWWC and Poston Park.
On here to read up on all the new bikes because when I get to 220 that's what I'm going to get.

Sound like you're on the right track. Stay with it! Set realistic goals, watch the diet, an you'll get there. And biking is probably the funnest way to cardio!
