Back in the saddle!
Hi Folks!
I'm from New York, the Hudson Valley; a nice place to bike! I've been on a bike since I was three. I ride both the trails and the road, but road riding is my favorite. I had a fairly recent, and lengthy hiatus from riding as I was going to school. As an adult, this is not easy to do, and my time to ride took a back seat for a while. But now school is done, and I'm back in the saddle.
My husband has been on this forum for a while and has shared some good tips he's gotten from this forum. So now I've decided to join myself.
