Hello there

I am a newbie to this website. I am glad I found it. I was in another bicycle web group but it changed to another search engine and I've been unable to get on the new one. I went under the name Pedal Plenty Craig. I am a bit different than many bicyclist. I rode the rails starting at age 15 , for about 45 years. Then 9/11 put a heck of a lot more security on the freight trains ( and the entire way of life in the USA). I met a man, 80 years old, in Duluth MN riding cross country from Everett WA to Albany NY. I figured if he could do it so could I. I encourage those who wish to travel and see what the rest of the country is really like. Not what the media spins about it.

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring. –Desmond Tutu
