Hi there. I've started cycling again after more than 30 years (my girlfriend is a triathlete and she got me started). I bought a new, cheap road bike - a BTwin Triban 500 and I'm building up my fitness and skills. All good.
Like most men who are staring at the age of 50, I look dumb in lycra but it is comfortable!
