?mid-life crisis
Hi to all. I have always enjoyed recreational biking but when my cholesterol counts recently came in, I thought I should ride more consistently to stay fit, improve my BMI, lower my cholesterol, and hopefully live long enough to see future grandkids. I have an entry level Specialized Allez triple. I don't think I'll ever race as I'm just happy to squeeze some time to get my 30-40 miles a week. I ride out in Coppell, TX (Dallas area). I have been scanning the forum for a few months and am thankful for the differing topics/advices to improve riding skills. This has been a great forum. Hope to wave at some of you guys who are cycling in the DFW area.
