Hello from So. CA
Greetings. Long time rider for the past 35 years. I got away from cycling about 10 years ago when life got in the way. Wound up gaining a ton of weight too! Started back up Jan. of 2018 by riding my Rad Mini E-bike daily and following a strict diet. Now down 84 lbs and feeling great. I ditched the Mini and started riding my old Trek FX 7.2 Hybrid a couple months ago. Two weeks ago I rewarded myself with a nice new Trek FXS6 flat bar "road bike". Wow, what an improvement getting the carbon frame/fork and all the new technology. Did 35 miles this morning like a breeze. Happy to be back and happy to be catching up on this great site.
