New Guy Post
Hello to everyone. I'm in Elk Grove Ca. Bought a Trek DS2 three months ago to commute to work. Shortly after starting to ride i was able to ditch the knee braces i've been wearing 24/7 for about 5 years. Looking forward to more physical and mental benefits.

Welcome to the forums. It's always good to hear that riding is doing someone good. I never have any aches or pains so long as I put a few miles on the bike everyday, even if it's just to the post office.
