New Rider in Sacramento...
 

Hi everyone...I'm new to road-cycling but I already love it! I'm a 24 year old male in east Sacramento and I've had a few mountain bikes in the past, but I just bought a Giant OCR-C2 a month ago. Quick question: what do you think of the SPD pedals? The bike came with SPD and they're the first clipless I've owned, so I really don't know any better. I've heard they have problems with your foot slipping out, but no problems yet--thank god!

Oh yeah, I'm looking for folks to ride with in the Sacramento area. Anyone know how I can get info on some group-rides coming up in the area?

Anyway, I'm digging the new bike...your comments will be much appreciated!
