hello from new jersey
 

hey all, checking in from northern nj, just got into riding seriously about a year ago and have been commuting around suburban nj on various older road bikes. im begin to get a small grasp on the mechanics and intricacies of bicycles and i think that learning more will be greatly satisfying.

a group of us in northern nj have been repairing discarded/donated/neglected/unwanted bikes and donating them to day laborers in the area to promote cross cultural understanding, alternative transportation, and a more people friendly county. we have also been organizing a small but growing critical mass group.
