Hiya from a warm Spain!!!
I'd like to say a big hello to you guys and thanks for having me!!
I am British and moved out to Spain 9 years ago. I started cycling last year as a way to lose weight and so far I've lost 3.5 stone (or 23 kgs for my metric friends!) Meanwhile I have found a love for cycling and really do enjoy getting out there. I look forward to reading and learning loads on the forum as I really am a beginner and know so little.

Thanks I'm riding a 2017 Specialized Roubaix Elite at the moment. I do have my eye on a Trek Domane for the future as I like a nice relaxed ride and have the flexibility of a plank of wood according to the bike fitter LOL!!!
Thanks!! It's not been as difficult as I thought it would be..... No faddy diets or anything, a simple case of burn more than I eat......
