Hello from Nevada

Look forward to the collective wisdom on this forum. I'm 74 and looking for more, living in Las Vegas, I ride a Black Mtn Cycles Road and a RE Coop ADV 3.1 so called gravel bike. Actually I ride both on gravel and road, as the aging process takes hold I seem to spend as much time as I always have on a bike, but the distance I travel seems to be lessening, maybe I need to change my cassette.
