Trying to upload pics
Hey! New to this forum.
I'm trying to upload pics (as attachments not URL) to a new thread but getting an error that I can't post URLs until i have 10 posts. Does this forum consider attachments to be URLs? or is there another issue I'm not recognizing?

I'm seeing this as well - and the answer is yes. Attach a photo and then click the "Source" button and you see the inline photos are attached as URLs.

The 10 post minimum rule is to prevent spam/porn as previously mentioned. Take some time to greet other users in the Introductions forum and it should go by fairly quickly
