Hi From Ohio
My wife and I are tired of sitting around. We have decided to take up bike ridding. We haven't ridden since we were teenagers and we are now 62. The bike bug bit us and she just picked up a trek 7100 step through that a 80 yr old lady had. The guys at the bike shop dont think it's been ridden 50 miles. I'll be picking up a bike soon. Glad to be here

Welcome. Ohio is a progressive state when it comes to bike infrastructure. My wife and I have been to the Dayton area many times for the trails and I keep reading about other trails in the rest of the state.
