Good day all! Brand new member here. New to the biking community as well long time runner but back issues have really put a damper on that and need to stay fit and dr suggested giving biking a try. Picked up a used Cannondale for what I thought was a good price that has been converted to a single speed bike. The bike looks brand new and was cheaper then I could buy one at Walmart for! Plan on using it for exercise and to commute to and from work in warmer weather and to see the area that I live in. Very glad to have found this page and look forward to learning from you all!!!

Depending on you pain point, you may find the upright bike aggravates it instead of resolving it, in which case to try a recumbent. You may test drive mine if of interest, I am in Fishers if you come south for visit sometime.
