Hello from Porto Alegre

Hey guys, I'm a long time lurker in this forum but just now created an account.

I ride road bicycles and really enjoy the feeling of going far away by own means. I've done a couple of 2 days bicycle tourings and one long to Montevideo (7 days). Currently I'm training to ride brevets and hopefully get a super randonneur title in 2022 since, by luck of destiny I'll be living in Europe in 2023 right by the time of the PBP.

One of my difficulties now is training while having a wife and working 9h/day, how you guys do it? I try to do long rides in the weekend but my fitness seems to be lost during the work weeks.

Hello and Welcome.

Long rides for me require 3 Days of REST before the Ride.
