Hi from Ireland
Hello everybody, I just joined bike forums, but I'm a long time cyclist and have found some very useful info on here over the years.
I have a few road bikes, a mountain bike, a new gravel bike last year and now converting an old school mountain bike to be single speed with drop bars! Don't know what it'll be used for but you can never have to many bikes!

Very nice. It has been a few years since I've been to western Ireland. I very much enjoyed Clifden and Galway. I've done some genealogical research since then and I plan to cover that ground eventually. My father's paternal side is from Aghleam, his maternal side from Omey Island. My mother's paternal and maternal side are from around Ballina.
My recollection of driving in and around there was "go as fast as you want, but get off the road if a tour bus is coming".
Welcome to BF.
