New Old Guy Here.

Not trying to get into the latest and greatest in cycling. More turning the clock back a bit.

63 and have been thinking about a bicycle but no idea what style. As fate would have it, I found a free Rudge Sports (71?) 3 Speed (Raleigh) and as soon as I saw it it 'spoke' to me. See what I did there??

Bike is complete and been in a heated garage for 35 years. Dry rot on tires, seat, the usual I'd guess. I've rebuilt the bottom bracket, front wheel bearings, ordered tires and new Brooks seat. Might get a ride by Labor Day!!

Thanks for adding me and looking forward to learning a few things.

Dave

Yup, I know what you mean when a bicycle speaks to you, it's all over then.
