Hello from Seattle, WA
Hello from the beautiful, year around cycling city of seattle. Well, last week was a sheet of ice everywhere thanks to Canada, but most of the time its temperate. In any case, I'm very passionate about bicycles: building them, tinkering, riding, touring, but I realized I haven't built up that much of a community. I've moved a lot the last few years, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, and now Washington. I'd like to learn more about bicycle maintenance here and discuss vintage bike restoration. My username refers to my method of riding. I don't usually have a destination in mind. I just go where the best roads/trails are and make sure I'm not going to accidentally ride 75miles. Happy to be here. Cheers to all you bike nerds.

If I ever go back to the SW it will be to northern New Mexico. Close enough for striking distance though. Does your username refer to the fact you have 5 bikes?

I grew up about two hours southeast of Seattle in a town called Yakima. Hope you enjoy the city!
