So sore...
Hey everybody (except you. you know who you are.)
Yesterday I rode my bike to and from work for the 1st time. My legs, knees and back are killing me. I have a Montague folding bike that I got in the spring and haven't been riding it enough. I'm getting serious about it now. I look forward to checking things out here! John |
