Hello from Pennsylvania!
Starred riding this spring at 57 years old. Miyata 1000lt. Needed another fourm of exercise. I just bought a vintage Holdsworth mistral frame and I'm going to need some help!

Welcome aboard and to the biking world. If you need any help, pick an appropriate forum and post a thread there. Also, attach pictures of your bike or bike part, when you are seeking help. You will need to make at least 10 posts, I think, before attaching pictures to your posts. Hope you are good working with the tools and hope you will enjoy your stay here.
