Hi to Everyone
Hello,
My name is Dave and I'm very happy to be a new member here.
To be honest, I just spent hours, literally, composing what was to be my first post, which was to solicit help with an issue with my new Giant Escape Disc 1. I am new to uploading images and then there were issues with the images I uploaded being way too large. When I went to post my message, I was directed to a page indicating that I cannot post messages containing images until after having made 10 posts. So here is number 1, and I will try to make my subsequent posts meaningful and relevant, and not frivolous.

Thanks, Dave! I'm in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Since you're from Texas, I'll share my Texas experience. 40 years ago, right when I graduated high school, a friend and I drove from New Jersey (where I lived before PA) to Kerrville, Texas, where my friend was originally from. It was the beginning of summer, and it was HOT, but I had a great and memorable time---it was such a change of scenery, with so much open space and even armadillos running around! We also went to Corpus Christi and one of the beaches there, only to discover the water was infested with jellyfish at the time. I also remember going to a mall in San Antonio, where there was this gigantic cowboy boot in the middle of the parking lot.
