Hello from Central Texas
Hey, my name is Eddy (not kidding).
I've been cycling most of my life.
Raced BMX during the 1970's, 1980's, and from 2000 to sometime in 2002.
Took up road cycling also when I was a teenager. Raced road for a few years.
Dabbled in XC a few times.
These days, I mostly ride road and do a gravel event once or twice a year.
I play bass guitar semi-professionally, and also have a couple of full-time day jobs.
Started work in the bicycle business in late 1979. I have worked in bike shops off and on, more on than off ever since.
