New kid from NC.

Well hello everyone. My name is Sean, i'm 15 and I live in Chapel Hill, NC. I spend my summers in Europe, and unforunately this summer someone moved my bike from under my house and left it out in the rain so it's completely rusted out, and i'm in the process of building it back up. It's a 2003 Wichita Wolf. It's European so I doubt anyone here will know it. But anyways yea that's my intro.

Sean

Welcome to the Forums, Sean.
I noticed in another post that you live off of Smith Level Rd.
I've been up and down that road many times, good riding if the traffic is light.
I was a car-free UNC student for a year when I lived off of Mann's Chapel Rd.

Yeah, I live next to the public works in a neighborhood called berryhill. This town is beautiful for riding around in, especially on campus.

Used to be real nice out Orange Grove Road, but it's probably been built up in the last few years, with the traffic that comes with it. Welcome from a fellow Tarheel.

Welcome to the forums, Sean! I live in Carrborro. All of us in this area are definitely lucky to have such beautiful roads to ride. Good luck with your bike rebuild.

Not as built up as you might think, velogirl. The Orange County country roads (Orange Grove, Dairyland, Borland, Union Grove Ch, Dodsons Crossroads, etc) are still a roadie Mecca. I was out there last weekend myself. Traffic is heavier than in the past, of course, but weekend mornings are very nice.
