re my introduction from Puerto Rico
Wow, Joe congratulations on a neat site. I am an Ultra Distance
triathlete doing double and triple iron races around the globe. I just broke
my collar bone and am hoping to recuperate for Ultraman Hawaii in
November. At present I live and train in Puerto Rico and sometimes in
Lanzarote Spain. I am new to forums and find them really intresting. I have
been doing these tris for 10 years.Next year I will do ultra Running in
Costa Rica and South Africa! So I am resubmitting my intro!
I suffered from Anorexia Nervosa in England for 10 years and weighed
60 pounds!!! I was institutionalised for several years! Through
triathlons and Scuba diving I have found my health.I do the Ultraman Hawaii
every year it has almost become an annual pilgrimage! I do not know what
we are supposed to write on the intro but I really love reading the
forums. I am not a trainer and do not have one , but if I can be of any
help I would love to offer my advice.
Although not a professional athlete and do not own a bank account or telephone!I have
been extremely lucky I am currently sponsored by Hawaiian Tropic
Sunscreen,E-Caps, Aegis bikes, Spinergy, Polar USA, Aquaman Wetsuits,Brooks
running shoes,Rudy Project,Serfas tires, BodyGlove swimsuits, have been
helped by profile design, my local bike shop Cyclomundo West , Tri all 3
sport cases and British Airways.

After reading this intro of yours, I searched the web for more info about you and your achievements. You are one amazing person. I wish you the best in your coming competitions and may you inspire a lot of people who are suffering from the same illness you once had.
