my kickr v5 is not changing resistance to gradient changes. ERG mode seems to work. using wahoo fitness app, spindown test sucessfully completed but did not resolve problem. in process with wahoo...

Listing the symptoms related to why your fitness app isn't performing properly is a weird way to introduce yourself. To be fair, you did drop your first name at the end... but come on, man.
