Started cycling about 15 years ago after I tore up my knee playing hockey. A wife and 3 kids later, and I'm still at it! (The hockey and the cycling). I had to lay off for a year or so due to back problems, but I've solved that, and I'm back in the saddle! Right now I'm able to get in approx. 90 - 100 miles per week. We live in the west burbs. of Mpls. MN. far enough out that I'm able to get out and ride the country roads away from a lot of the traffic. Weekends up north in the summer are spent on a mountian bike, and winters in the basement on rollers.

Welcome to the Forums! I'm also a hockey fan (if floor hockey counts...).

Don't be afraid to post,
