Hello from Ottawa, Ontario
I have just gotten back into biking after a 12 break. I went out with the wifey yesterday and bought a Giant Cypress R (womens) for her, a Trek 7100 for me and a 2 kid trailer. I am planning on adding this lifestyle change to my current running schedule.
