Coast to Coast Newbie, Seattle to NYC
 

Hello Folks!


In the summer of my 9th grade I did a long distance ride from NYC to Montreal. It was one of the best times in my life. Since then it's been one of my dreams to go cross country.

I'm leaving this June from Seattle WA. I'm taking roughly three months to do it. I'm not sure of my route just yet. I'm not trained nearly as well as ought to but I'm taking the chance to do it, while I can...

Anybody have any tips? From small to large, any ideas are welcome - day to day ideas that will make my riding life manageable and my life on the road more present.
