Hello from Ohio
I'm from Avon, Ohio 20 miles west of Cleveland. Great area to bike. Metro parks has many connecting bike paths and Avon is great to bike around. Love to bike in Oberlin, a small college town west of my home. Recent purchase is a Jamis Coda Sport flat bar "fitness" road bike. Just love it. Rode a 35lb 1980 Schwinn Continental 10 speed for 26 years. Found biking great at improving ones health. Lowered my total chlorestrol from 240 to 176. Keeps the weight off and is fun, fun, fun. Since retiring I ride 2000-3000 miles a year. Couldn't find the time for more than 500 miles a year when I worked.
