So Cal's Summer Rocks!
Hey ya,
How's the sun treating you lately? It was 85 F degrees today in Norwalk, CA.
Just bought a new Trek 7000 bike to get to school which is one and a half miles away. I think the bike will treat me very well and really hope so because my student budget barely covered it. Haha ^_^
I did not buy a helmet today but will be doing so soon.
Could you please recommend me the top THREE locks for the bike? Below $50.
I did get a Kryptonite GIANT Heavy Duty ATB Shackle U-Lock with Bracket but haven't opened it until I do some online research. It is a U-Lock and also has a $750.00 anti-theft protection offer (details inside the package).
Well, I'll be posting around in different forums here in BikeForums.net.
Have an awesome summer.

Hi again, where would I go to register my bicycle and get a license/permit for it?
I think you register it and get a sticker with your license/permit # on it.
The only purpose I think it has with the registration is that it expedites when you report your bike stolen (hope it never happens). Maybe some other reasons too.
edit: Found the site. https://www.nationalbikeregistry.com/register.html
