Hello from Tennessee
I'm returning to cycling after laying off for a while. I have an older hybrid bike which I'm riding now. I'm shopping for a newer fitness bike and looking for opinions on some I have in mind.

Welcome! My in-laws are in Sevierville. I have a Trek 7200 w/ 1600+ miles on it. Never a problem.

Hello to you. I'm riding about 1 to 3 hours now and looking at a Trek 7.5, as well as Specialized and Giant bikes. I had a couple of fairly minor wrecks lately. I haven't been to Sevierville in a while.

Just bought a Trek 7.5 last month. Sturdy, upright ride, easy to fit fenders on, great commuter.

I bought a 2005 Giant FCR 3 (which is the FCR 2 in this year's model) recently and love it. I tested the Specialized Sirrus and the Trek 7.3 FX, but preferred the handling of the FCR. It's a very smooth and quick ride. The carbon fork is nice and the bike is really quite light. The only part I've considered replacing so far is the front derailer. It works, I just wonder if I might end up with a few more usable gears with a higher end front derailer.
