New Member Intro

Just wanted to say hello and to introduce myself. I have scanned the threads long enough that I thought I should join in. I've enjoyed the vast knowledge that many of the members have been willing to share with the community here. This is my third year cycling. I ride at least three days a week during the summer months here in Michigan and around my teenager's athletic calendars the rest of the year. I live in Goodrich which, is just southeast of Flint. I ride a Giant OCR (hence the username). I bought my wife a Trek 7500 Hybrid this spring and she has now given me permission (for those who are married) to look for a road tandem to buy by next season. I love cycling - both riding and watching the Tours (I hope Floyd Landis can pull out a win!). We do alot of camping so it often gives me new places to ride. I ride some Thursday evening rides with American Cycle and Fitness (former Scarlett Schwinn) out of Pontiac, Michigan. I also ride some of the event on the League of Michigan Bikers calendar. My nickname is Gonzo.
