hello from Idaho
I just joined up today. I've gotten search results from this site many times in the past via Google. It has been extremely helpful, so I figured it was time to join.
I am a mountain biker who recently purchased a used road bike via Craig's list. I looked for about 1.5 months before I found a 2000 Cannondale R2000 (Team Saeco) that was in great shape and fit me well. I'm using it to commute to work about 15 miles each way. I had my mountain bike set up with slicks, but it's nothing like riding a road bike. The gearing and weight differences are amazing.
I'm glad to be participating.
