Hello from Sanford, North Carolina
Hello to all,
I began riding bikes at a young age racing bmx, then switched over to freestyle. After high school, I started mountain biking and did so for around 5 years. Took a few years break and bought a Trek hybrid so I could ride on the road, but take the occasional light trail to mix things up a bit. I have always been drawn to the road bikes but have never owned one. I recently decided to get one and ride at least 5 miles in my spare time on weekdays, and maybe 20 miles each day on weekends. I purchased a Giant TCR and I'm waiting to have it delivered so I can ride this weekend. I am sure I will be visiting the forum daily for tips and to read what so many of you have already learned from experience over the years. Thanks for this great place to come to...

Welcome Shane! Post pics of your bike when you get it, and if you have any fit or comfort issues, check out the Road forum. A quick search for what you're looking for will give you tons of info.
