Hello from Enid, Oklahoma

Hey guys and gals. I grew up south of Dallas and was there the first 29 years. I have been in Oklahoma for the last 12. I am back on a road bike after a 12 year hiatus. I needed a low impact way to get some good cardio. On my birthday in May I was tipping the scales at 180. I am 5'10" and 41 years. I got a bike in June and have been hitting it pretty hard ever since. I weighed in at 160 this morning and I feel great. I had forgotten how much fun it is to ride. I got a new bike last week, should keep me going for a while. Great site, I hope to be here for a while.
